πŸ“¦ Returns – Store Credit Only

Evie Cecile offers store credit only for all returns. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery or local pick-up.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The return must be postmarked within 7 days of the date you received the item.

  • Store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the item(s).

  • Return shipping costs will not be included in the credit.

  • If your return is not received and you cannot provide tracking proof showing delivery to us, store credit will not be issued.

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume, smoke, deodorant marks, or makeup

  • Original tags must still be attached

πŸ”„ Exchanges

Due to our limited inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges. However, if the item you need is available:

  • You will be invoiced for the second shipping fee

  • The item must meet all return condition requirements (see above)

If the requested item is no longer in stock, we will issue store credit instead.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
