Return Policy

Evie Cecile ONLY offers store credit for returns.

Returns:

Items can be returned within 7 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up in store. The cost of shipping the returned items is the customers responsibility. The postmarked date must be within the 7 days of receiving the item. Return shipping is not included in the store credit amount. *Please note that if an item is returned but not received by Evie Cecile and customer cannot provide proof of tracking that shows it has been delivered then a credit cannot be given.*

Exchanges:

We cannot guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. If an item is available for exchange, the customer will be invoiced the 2nd shipping fee for the item to be mailed. All items must be unworn, no perfume or aromas, no makeup, or deodorant marks, and with original tags still attached. If the item/items do not meet these standards, store credit or exchange (if available) will not be issued.

Final Sale:

All accessories, shoes, bodysuits, discount code/flash sales, and sale items are final sale.

Damage/Wrong item:

If an item is defected or damaged, please email Evie Cecile with a picture within 48 hours of receiving the item. If you receive the wrong order, please contact Evie Cecile at eviececileclothing@gmail.com immediately.
